By downloading or using the SanatanOne application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Community Guidelines

SanatanOne is a sacred space for the Hindu community. We expect all users to maintain the highest standards of conduct:

  • No hate speech or derogatory language regarding any religion or belief.
  • Respectful interaction in the temple comment sections.
  • Accurate reporting of temple locations and details.

3. Contributed Content

When you submit a temple for verification, you grant SanatanOne a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your submissions.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate our community guidelines. This includes permanent bans or short-term "shadow bans" based on the severity of the violation.

5. User-Initiated Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time via the official website. Once a request is processed, your data will be permanently removed after a 7-day grace period. During this period, you may contact us to cancel the request.

6. Limitation of Liability

SanatanOne provides information about temples and festivals for informational purposes. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in temple timings, ritual descriptions, or location data provided by third-party contributors.
